In the Senate of the United States. January 23, 1889. -- Ordered to be printed. Mr. Turpie, from the Committee on Pensions, submitted the following report. (To accompany Bill H.R. 10260.) The Committee on Pensions, to whom was referred the House Bill 10260, granting a pension to Charles A. Stockman, have examined the same, and report that upon consideration of the facts stated in the House report, which is herewith adopted, we are of the opinion that it is a just measure and recommend the passage of the bill
