The Committee on Pensions, to whom was referred the House Bill 10260, granting a pension to Charles A. Stockman, have examined the same, and report that upon consideration of the facts stated in the House report, which is herewith adopted, we are of the opinion that it is a just measure and recommend the passage of the bill
