In the Senate of the United States. May 14, 1880. -- Ordered to be printed. Mr. Withers, from the Committee on Pensions, submitted the following report. (To accompany Bill S. 1654.) The Committe [sic] on Pensions, having examined Senate Bill 1654 and the papers accompanying, find that Thomas S. Cogley, late first lieutenant Company F, Seventh Regiment Indiana Cavalry, is now receiving a pension of $6 per month, for injuries and diseases originating in the service and line of duty while first sergeant of said company and regiment
