The Committe [sic] on Pensions, having examined Senate Bill 1654 and the papers accompanying, find that Thomas S. Cogley, late first lieutenant Company F, Seventh Regiment Indiana Cavalry, is now receiving a pension of $6 per month, for injuries and diseases originating in the service and line of duty while first sergeant of said company and regiment
