Date presumed to be between 1832-1835 based on the inclusion of a railroad between Frankfort and Lexington, Kentucky. Beneath legend: This plat, believed to be correctly extracted from the last edition of Hough & Bourne's map of the state of Ohio, and Munsel's map of the state of Kentucky, is respectfully forwarded to the Senators in Congress from Kentucky & Ohio by their obt. hble. sevt.
