Company organizational diagrammatic map drawn in the form of a branching tree that identifies in its branches all of the functional offices of the railroad by name. Shows railroad trackage branches as straight lines radiating from the central office of the "Gen'l Sup't". The branches extend from New York (State) westward thru northern New Jersey and northern Pennsylvania to Lake Erie. "Published by permission." Mississippi delta area shows drainage, sugar crop, parishes, major cities and towns, canals, and railroads with lines named and distances on the main line. This railroad was opened for first 50 miles on March 6, 1854. It was purchased in 1878 by the Morgan's Louisiana and Texas Railroad. [From published bibliography]

Shows the area of Fairfax County, Va., which was the site of the Battle of Bristoe Station. The map is oriented with Cedar Run to the south, Bristoe to the west and indicates the route of the Orange and Alexandria Railroad. Also indicated are A. P. Hill's Corps, Army of Northern Virginia, engaging the Union's II Corps during its withdrawal toward Centreville, Va.
