Covers area in central Washington D.C. bounded by Pennsylvania Av. N.W./S.E., 9th St. S.E., N St. S.E., diagonally northwestward to 14th St. S.W. Shows railroad yards, connecting trackage, and city block numbers. "October 1889." Typewritten on label affixed to verso: Ground covered by House bill 8243. Blueprint with selected tracks emphasized in red pencil. Sectioned and mounted on cloth backing to fold to 22 x 14 cm. Available also through the Library of Congress Web site as a raster image. DCP
