In the Senate of the United States. March 2, 1886. -- Ordered to be printed. Mr. Sewell, from the Committee on Pensions, submitted the following report. (To accompany Bill S. 226.) The Committee on Pensions, to whom was referred the Bill (S. 226) granting a pension to Margaret D. Marchand, beg leave to state that a bill for this same purpose was referred to the Committee on Pensions of the Senate during the second session of the Forty-eighth Congress and passed by the Senate, failing in the House only for want of time to bring the measure before that body
