The Committee on Pensions, to whom was referred the Bill (H.R. 1625) granting a pension to Abram V. Miller, late a lieutenant in the One Hundred and Eighty-fourth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, having examined the evidence on file, and finding that the report of the Committee on Invalid Pensions of the House of Representatives presents an accurate summary of the testimony, adopt the same, which is as follows
