The Pension Committee, having examined the Bill (H.R. 734) granting a pension to Syvert A. Anderson, late a private in Company B, Fifteenth Regiment, Wisconsin Volunteers, together with the accompanying papers, find that the applicant received a gunshot wound of the left foot and left knee on the __day of December, 1862
