In the Senate of the United States. April 10, 1872. -- Ordered to be printed. Mr. Scott made the following report. (To accompany Bill S. 569.) The Committee on Claims, to whom was referred Senate Bill No. 569, accompanied with the petition of Thomas B. Wallace, praying compensation for his dwelling-house and its contents destroyed by order of Colonel James A. Mulligan, in command of the United States forces at the City of Lexington, Missouri, on the 13th of September, 1861, have had the same under consideration, and submit the following report
