In the Senate of the United States. February 21, 1872. -- Ordered to be printed. Mr. Pratt made the following report. (To accompany Bill S. 97.) The Committee on Claims, to whom was referred a bill for the relief of William Henry Otis, of Indiana, ask leave to report that the said bill was referred to the same committee during the Fortieth Congress, and that, having again examined the case, the Committee do, upon reconsideration thereof, adopt the report then made, which is as follows
