In the Senate of the United States. April 20, 1870. -- Ordered to be printed. Mr. Scott made the following report. (To accompany Bill S. No. 818.) The Committee on Claims, to whom were referred the petition and supplemental petition of the regent and curators of Kentucky University, asking compensation for the value of the medical hall destroyed by fire while occupied by the government as a general hospital; also for damages sustained by the removal of the museum and by the detailed injuries suffered by other property and grounds, and for rent of the same, have had the same under consideration, and submit the following report
