The Committee on Claims, to whom was referred the petition of loyal citizens of Loudoun County, Virginia, praying compensation for property destroyed by fire, and for live stock taken for the use of the Army or sold for the benefit of the United States by order of General Sheridan, having considered the same, beg leave to submit the following report
