In the Senate of the United States. May 13, 1886. -- Ordered to be printed. Mr. Wilson, of Maryland, from the Committee on Pensions, submitted the following report. (To accompany Bill H.R. 5438.) The Committee on Pensions, to whom was referred the bill granting a pension to Elias Sheads, have carefully examined the same and report favorably thereon, recommending its passage, and adopting as the ground of such recommendation the subjoined report of the House Committee on Invalid Pensions, which is as follows
