In the Senate of the United States. April 20, 1886. -- Ordered to be printed. Mr. Sewell, from the Committee on Pensions, submitted the following report. (To accompany Bill H.R. 2254.) The Committee on Pensions, to whom was referred the Bill (H.R. 2254) for the relief of Jane M. Langley, having examined the same, find that the report of the Committee on Invalid Pensions of the House of Representatives contains all the material facts and evidence in this case, and this Committee therefore adopt the same as their report, which is as follows
