The Committee on Military Affairs, to whom was referred the Bill (S. 374) to remove the charge of desertion from the military report of William Hull, having duly considered the same, adopt and beg leave to submit the following report, which was made to the Senate in the Forty-sixth Congress by the late Senator Burnside
