Mr. Cameron, of Wisconsin, from the Committee on Claims, submitted the following report: The Committee on Claims, to whom was referred the petition of Isaac F. Moore, late private in Company H, Twenty-fourth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, praying compensation for a horse belonging to him lost in the military service of the United States during the late Civil War, have examined the case, and report thereon as follows
