Mr. Wadleigh, from the Committee on Military Affairs, submitted the following report: The Committee on Military Affairs, to whom was referred the petition of Lucia M. Peck, in relation to her husband's alleged wrongful imprisonment in the Old Capitol Prison during the late war, and praying remuneration for damages alleged to have accrued to him personally and to his business by reason of said imprisonment, ask leave to make the following report
