This is the Indiana portion of a projected railroad from Plymouth, Ind., on the Pittsburgh, Fort Wayne, and Chicago Railroad, to Bureau Junction, on the Chicago, Rock Island, and Pacific Railroad.

"Entered according to act of Congress, in the year 1870, by Joseph Mackey, in the Clerk's Office of the District Court of the Southern District of New York." Imperfect: Fold-lined, torn (halved) at fold line, annotated in ink in lower margin "Deposited June 15ʺ 1870, no. 877."
