In the Senate of the United States. February 3, 1871. -- Ordered to be printed. Mr. Pratt made the following report. (To accompany Bill S. No. 1299.) The Committee on Claims, to whom was referred the petition of R.M. Corwine, praying that the money now in the Treasury of the United States, the proceeds of the sale of certain cotton and other property captured by the Porter expedition up Red River in 1864, may be paid into the district court for the Southern District of Illinois, to enable that court to make distribution of the same among the claimants, submit the following report
