Mr. Withers, from the Committee on Pensions, submitted the following report: The Committee on Pensions, to whom was referred the petition of Nicholas Struit, Company I, Tenth Iowa Volunteers, and the accompanying papers, find that the claimant asks a pension on account of loss of right leg, which he alleges occurred in consequence of hernia contracted in the service
