The Committee on Pensions, to whom was referred the Bill (H.R. 7485) granting a pension to Mrs. Susan V. Wilcox, have had the same under consideration, and believing the claimant's case is fully sustained by the evidence, adopt the report of the House committee as their own, and recommend the passage of the bill
